3. Account Registration and Responsibilities  

To access certain features of our Site, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. User Requirements: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for the accuracy and presentation of any information submitted to potential clients.

4. Fees and Payments  

CharterLeads.com offers both free and paid lead options. A $50 commission fee is required for closed leads acquired through our complimentary service. For premium leads, Users are required to pay per lead based on lead quality and other factors. Free Leads: Users pay a commission fee upon successful booking. Premium Leads: Users may pay a variable fee per lead. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Use of Leads and Restrictions  

The leads provided are for your use only and are shared with a limited number of other brokers or owners. You agree not to share leads with non-subscribers or third parties, resell or redistribute leads, or use lead information for purposes other than the charter business. Misuse of leads will result in immediate termination of access to the Site.

6. User Conduct  

All Users agree to use our services lawfully and professionally. You must not engage in misrepresentation of services or unauthorized contact with leads or any conduct that damages or impedes the Site’s operations or the experience of other Users.

7. Intellectual Property  

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yacht Day LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for its intended purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
